Aspen Ladd was 14 when she started to take part in the sports of combat. After training in kickboxing boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ she began her professional debut with Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was just 18. In her last fight for the promotion, she fought Sijara Eubanks in a unanimous decision at Invicta FC 21. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 118 against Lina Lansberg. She outclassed Lina by using her ground and pound tactics, resulting in an TKO 2nd round win. She remained dominant, and won another victory over Tonya Avinger at UFC 229 with her next bout. Ladd stopped Evinger's fight after the first round. She also received the bonus for performance of evening. She fought her first big fight at her debut fight at the UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. Ladd's victory was a unanimous decision, and she was awarded the Fight of the Night award was awarded to the two fighters. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie finished Ladd within 16 seconds of the fight and ended the streak of winning.
