Anne Celeste Heche is an American actor who was known for playing a wide range of roles in film, television, and theatre. She was awarded numerous awards including the Daytime Emmy Award. Anne Celeste Heche (19 May 1969 - August 11, 2022) is the American actress. She made her debut playing twins Vicky Hudson and Marley Love in the soap opera Another World (1987-1991) winning her a Daytime Emmy Award and two Soap Opera Digest Awards. The late 1990s saw her rise to prominence with the roles she played in the crime drama films Donnie Brasco and Volcano, the horror film I Know What You Did Yesterday Summer as well as the comedy about politics Wag the Dog. Anne Lockhart is an American actor from the United States. She was born Anne Kathleen Maloney on September 6, 1953. Her most well-known role is Lieutenant Sheba from the Battlestar Galactica TV series from 1978-1979. Her mother is actress June Lockhart. Lockhart's career started at a very young age. In T is for Tumbleweed, Lockhart's first film role came when she was just four years old. The short film that dealt with a subject matter was nominated for an Academy Award. Lockhart would be in the film with her mother, so that she was able to learn about the nuances of the business world. Lockhart is even featured on many Lassie episodes. Dora in Jory was her debut film in the year 1972. The Sixth Sense was a TV show that ran from 1972. She was 18 she played Joan Crawford, Joan's daughter. Joan Crawford's final acting role. Anne did not want the part of Laurie Strode that she was offered in John Carpenter's Halloween, in 1978. Jaime Lee Curtis later played the part. Carpenter says she was in his thoughts to play the part, but that she rejected the role. Anne did not recall being contacted with the name of John Carpenter nor being offered the position. Perhaps her agent rejected the role away without informing Anne. Glen Larson sent her an initial draft of a script to play a character in 1978's television program Battlestar Galactica. The actress initially refused the part because the character didn't seem to be strong enough. Glen then wrote her the role with a more powerful character, Sheba. The Living Legend was accepted following her reading of the original 25-page script. It lasted for just one season. She co-starred with Desi Arnaz Jr. (son of Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball) Melanie Griffith and Robert Carradine in the film Joyride (1977) and co-starred alongside Michael Moriarty in the horror movie The Dark Tower (1987).
